Create Time & Energy
Wow, this is a biggie. Beck asks that we plan out our days and put in time for mindful eating, food shopping and prep and exercise. If we need to cut back on some other activities, so be it.
It's scary to see how much time these activities take. My first knee jerk sabotaging thought is that there just is not enough time to plan for eating and exercise.
There isn't if I don't cut back on other activities. This means less computer and television time. Maybe that's a good thing. I'm not much for television but I've gotten hooked on following the presidential campaign. I will benefit by scheduling my healthy activities and cutting back on my news addiction.
