Week 8 BLC32

Last week I went to the doctor and had a lot of bloodwork done. Still waiting on the results but she did diagnose me with "Leaky Gut". Today I start a gluten-free and dairy-free diet to heal my gut. I have also decided, at least for the short term, to change my exercise routine from one of getting fit to one relaxation and fun to reduce stress in my life. I will be doing more yoga, continuing zumba, doing PiYo instead of BodyPump, and running for relaxation--that is not push myself too hard during my runs.
