Week 12 BLC 32

Today marks 4 weeks that I've been gluten and dairy free. I'm only noticing recently that my energy levels are a lot higher. We eat mostly at home because going out to eat is a challenge for me. Thanksgiving was a real challenge and I admit I cheated. I tried not to overdo it so only a bite here and there but still. Luckily I didn't have any digestive distress (though two days of cheating probably would have set me off).

Here are the 12 week stats:

Weight: 156.0 (down 3.2 lbs from diet start, 4.0 lbs from BLC start)
