Weekly Goal

My weekly goal for this year is to really get the 250 exercise minutes in every week. I'm at 174 so far this week.

    WOOHOOO!!! That's a great goal - reasonable and reachable!! Break it down into how many minutes you need each day (=35 minutes each day!!) and then keep that in the front of your mind.

    You CAN do this!!
