I started my low carb diet today so my February goal will be to try to stick to it 20 out of 28 days. My DH & I are celebrating our anniversary in Feb so I will need to get a few days off for that and the "Big Game". Also, my oldest Daughter will be turning 28 this month. How time is flying by!
I will also try to get in 250 minutes of exercise per week. I only did it one week in January but came close a few weeks. I will try to accomplish the 250 3 weeks in Feb.
