Back to doing the wall sit & plank challenge. I've got a few friends from work doing it with me this time.
I think I will also pull out the 30 Day Shred DVD and try to complete it this month as well.
I just did Day 9 of my plank & wall sit challenge. The length is now 1 minute 20 sec. The wall sit is so much harder for me than the plank.
I haven't done anything with the DVD. Just can't get myself to get started on it. I think it is time to invest in some new ones.
