March Goals - Update 3/9

Back to doing the wall sit & plank challenge. I've got a few friends from work doing it with me this time.

I think I will also pull out the 30 Day Shred DVD and try to complete it this month as well.

I just did Day 9 of my plank & wall sit challenge. The length is now 1 minute 20 sec. The wall sit is so much harder for me than the plank.

I haven't done anything with the DVD. Just can't get myself to get started on it. I think it is time to invest in some new ones.

    That sounds awesome with some work friends involved! Good luck with the 30 Day Shred. I've tried that one twice but I can't seem to keep up with Jillian - phew she's tough!
