Here's how the week went:
Sunday, I went to the gym and got on the Spin Bike.
Monday, I took a rest day.
Tuesday, my RunKeeper app tracked a walk.
Wednesday, I took a rest day.
Thursday, my RunKeeper app tracked a walk.
Friday, I got to my swim lesson.
Saturday, I did the Run 4 Ed! 5k (separate blog to come)
The plan for next week:
- Eat within my calorie range FOUR (4) days a week- I ate over range on Sunday, Monday, Friday, and Saturday. I ate under range on Wednesday.
- Eat 60 grams of protein 7 days a week- I missed the mark on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
- 1 weekly swim lesson-
- Go to the gym at least 3 days a week- It didn't happen this week.
- For accountability, today's weight: 144 lbs Same as last week, I'll take it.
