    What is the one feature you like about yourself? Your hair? Your eyes? Your legs or arms? Whatever it is, look in the mirror and notice how it is a wonderful part of you.

    Do that once a day even if it's just for a moment. You have a wonderful body, it is yours and nobody else's for all of your life, and it will carry you through whatever you need to do! It's much easier to be kind to yourself when you appreciate yourself.
