Master the Day

I finally got some sleep last night although it was split into two separate parts. I am preparing to get the flu--I can feel my tonsils swelling. Thank goodness Johnny is starting to get over his flu.
I am still overwhelmed by what I need to get done, but I am keeping to the path. I logged my food. Checked off my most important daily goals. Remained mindful.
I will set one big goal for today and the smaller goals can be checked off in 10-minute segments with rest in between.
