I've been on this program for about 8 weeks so far and have lost 15 pounds! It's been easier than I thought it would be, although some days are a bit more challenging than others. The real test - has my snoring stopped? Yes, it has! My dear hubby says that he hasn't heard me snore for a few weeks now! Yippee! That was one of my main goals for losing weight.
What does that mean for me now? It means that I have decided to try to lose 5 more pounds. They are coming off more slowly than they did at first, but I am also eating a lot more of my own grocery foods and an transitioning into a sustainable plan. So I will continue to push onward.
It's great to finally have some warm weather! Happy spring!!
