BLC37 Half Way

We are half way through the round so it is time to reflect and tweak if necessary. My weight is not where I want it so I have to look at it from another angle. I have to make a very specific eating plan I can follow.

    It helped me a lot to once a week plan out 10 breakfasts lunches and dinners and then create a grocery list of that. Then I'd post the meals to give myself choices. I knew I was eating right and still getting to feel like I had options.
