Hi everyone! Tonight I'm wearing my new blue-light-blocking glasses while I'm working at my computer and my eyes do feel more rested and less dry. I'm doing this to help me sleep better at night because I have insomnia that is likely due to the late hours on the computer. We'll surely find out. I got my pair on Amazon and searched for the darkest amber pair available that promised 100% blue-light-blocking effect. The yellow look to the screen doesn't really appeal to me, but hey, this is for my health, right? They say that these glasses also support weight loss. The ones I got are the kind that you wear independent of your own prescription lenses. This works well for me because when I had my cataract surgeries, I opted for the intermediate lenses. This allows me to see my computer screen clearly, without the use of eyeglasses.
