At my WW studio hour this past week the gal gave us 3 important thoughts for the week.
1. Make healthier choices
2. Do healthier things
and guess what?
3. 40% of happiness is determined by what we do.
This does make good sense. Our choices lead us where we want to be. We are the only one
that can make these choices for ourselves. Determination is important to succeed. Tracking as we know is a vital necessity to watch all our portions and calories for each meal.
So as I have said before, Plan ahead, eat healthy + track and exercise each day.
Also spend some time doing a few new things, something you enjoy too. Maybe reading, or going to a movie or doing something else that is FUN.....
Life is good and our choices will bring many rewards.
