I am having trouble staying on SparkPeople and on the weight loss, exercising, and everything that I have set out to do this past July. Half the time I don't know what I am doing and how to do it anymore. I have given up on just about everything. So, I have to do some reflecting about myself again and get back to what I want (with God's Help). So I have started a lot of the challenges over and doing more rereading on how every thing works and how I can get more out of myself. I kept checking on my teams even though I don't say "HI" to my friends and team members. Remember, I am here and I do check up on everyone. Hugs to all! emoticon

    Don't feel like you should do it all at once. Take it one step at a time and most important is YOU and being kind to yourself. Glad you are here.

    Why are you being so hard on yourself? You are worth the effort to be the best you can be, just take one day at a time and don't do more than you are ready to do, sounds to me like everything here is overwhelming you which is not the purpose of SP. just take baby steps until your comfortable then take bigger steps eventually everything will fall in place. (((HUGS))) I'm here for you to help you along the way just feel to reach out any time
