The End of This Race...Starting a new one

The Fall 5% Challenge helped me get back on track. The scale is on a downward trend! Yippee! I know how hard it is to get through the holidays without gaining and I usually gain 7 lbs!
So I'm thinking I'm doing the in between challenge and the winter challenge too.
to all the team leaders for all the work you do!
I also gained some new friends and team mates that help keep me going.
I'm thankful for you all!
My goals during the in between:
Track all my nutrition
Some choices for my New Habit
Maintain my New Habit (afternoon activity)
Take my fiber supplement every night
Hopefully I'll be able to get through these next 4 weeks without any issues. I go to the doctor on December 6. My labs are in and my ( LDL) bad cholesterol level needs attention. On the good side, my glucose went down 6 points!
