BLC42 SMART Goals

SMART Goals are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound. My goals for this round are:
Exercise five days per week, at least 20 min per session. Ideally I'd like to do 3 cardio and 2 ST sessions, but we'll see how that works out.
Track every BLT at least five days per week and stay within 100 calories of my daily range. Weekends are my problem, so I have adjusted my weekday calorie range to account for weekends to be a little higher.
Participate in the Powerful Prism Panther team chat at least twice a week, and weekly TNT, WEC, and LCW challenges.
Goal = 5-10 lb weight loss
I'm psyched to be doing this challenge, since it's running at the same time as the Winter 5% Challenge. So I'm guaranteed to have a lot of exercise and motivation!
