SMART Goals are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound. My goals for this round are:

emoticon Exercise five days per week, at least 20 min per session. Ideally I'd like to do 3 cardio and 2 ST sessions, but we'll see how that works out.

emoticon Track every BLT at least five days per week and stay within 100 calories of my daily range. Weekends are my problem, so I have adjusted my weekday calorie range to account for weekends to be a little higher.

emoticon Participate in the Powerful Prism Panther team chat at least twice a week, and weekly TNT, WEC, and LCW challenges.

emoticon Goal = 5-10 lb weight loss

I'm psyched to be doing this challenge, since it's running at the same time as the Winter 5% Challenge. So I'm guaranteed to have a lot of exercise and motivation!
