The coaches' comments hit it today. Changes don't happen overnight. After four years of practicing yoga, I was able to do upward dog and hold for several minutes. And downward dog????? I started 4 years ago holding on to a chair to do. A couple of months could do from floor and at this time improving in being able to hold longer and longer. Keep on doing what you are doing. It won't happen overnight but all of a sudden you realize OMG.
