Coming in April, The Spring 5% Challenge

The Spring Challenge is beginning soon!

These challenges help me stay accountable to myself. It takes commitment too. You must commit to this Challenge for 8 weeks and you have to have your SP page open to public. I know this can be difficult for some but it is worth it for me. These are just a few of the commitments. You can always send a message to the leader if you decide it's not right for you.
These are a few of the things that the challenges has helped me learn to do:
Love my water - I found new ways to get water in me
Track my food - has helped me make a habit out of tracking what I eat - it helps me be more aware
Track my exercise and activity to see how much I'm actually doing daily
Give it try if you are struggling, there is lots of support from team members.
