Life is amazing and so are our bodies . . .
When you take time to learn to listen, our body will tell us what it needs.
Did you know your stomach is about the size of a loose fist? It really doesn't take that much to fill it - yet we so often don't pay attention - eat too much - eat too fast and before we know it we've stretched it out. We all know that feeling.
it does take about 20 minutes for your stomach to signal your brain that it is full. So . . . slow down. Another idea to think about - you only have taste buds on your tongue so by slowing down you get to really taste your food.
We all have vital needs - sleep is very important for a healthy body and mind.
So what does this all mean????
It's working - It's day 3 of week 4 and I'm down 10 pounds!
And I am learning,relearning and working on breaking old habits
And I'm still Sparking
