I am hearing so many people talk about the stress of these times and how it is affecting their eating and their weight. I have talked to some of those people individually. Something to remember is that your weight and your healthy eating goals are something you actually do still have control over. This situation we are all facing and the people that have added to the seriousness of the situation do not know any of us and do not see us each as individuals. By allowing their actions or lack of actions to be an excuse to lose track of our goals is giving them power over us.
Take control of what you have the ability to control. Your own eating and fitness and what you do with this time.
