Hmmm! When I first joined Spark I followed the Spark coaches advice. I still do. I don't have any forbidden foods. I am aware of my trigger foods so I pay attention to what I am eating and how much. I don't feel guilty when I overindulge! I have been in maintenance for close to 10 years!! I weigh daily so I know about and understand weight fluctuations.
I have come to the conclusion that I don't enjoy feeling like crap from eating off plan! I don't like the aches and pains that come from inactivity! I get up and move around, take a walk, go to the gym (when available) and most importantly I SPARK! Without my Spark buddy and all my Spark buds I don't know what might happen!
