Meal planning and tracking of food and macronutrients - 5X weekly
No night snacking
Fitness:
Cardio: 30 minutes minimum 5 X weekly
Strength training - 3 X weekly
Yoga/Pilates/Stretch - 2 X weekly
Yard work
Wear Fitbit - daily step goal = 6K plus
Journal:
Write it out
Get it out
Don't eat over it.
