Crossed the Finish Line

Another 5% challenge completed. I did not hit my 5% loss, but that’s okay. I’ll keep plugging along away. I’m in another challenge, and I’m hopeful I’ll be successful as it is for 12 weeks. This is week 4. My hips and feet have been giving me pain so I’m cutting back on my daily steps. My Fitbit isn’t tracking all my activity either. Thinking about getting a charge 4.

My smart goals are:
Track my food
Drink water mostly
Strength train 3x a week
Walk in the morning 30 to 40 min
Walk in the evening 15 min or more
