Well as a matter of fact I did.
I have found the answer for me to get good sleep. Part of what works for me is to have a cup of Chamomile Tea before bedtime.
The other thing that has helped me is doing Intermittent Fasting and Keto lifestyle.
By doing that since last Oct 2019 lots of good things have happened.
My lab work shows I no longer have any evidence of diabetes, elevated liver enzymes, or elevated triglycerides. My A1C is down from 8.0 to 5.0.
My electrolytes, kidney function, and blood count also looked great and my thyroid is in control.
Turning your health around can be done. I proved that to myself. It's all in your control. The first thing that has to happen is to make up your mind to make a change in what you eat.
Exercise is great but, you have to change what you are eating in order to change your health and weight.
I am 73 years old and I did all this without any exercise but, I feel strong enough to exercise now. Just think how much better I would have done and felt if I had at least done some walking since last October.
