It has been a difficult time, but I am making it. I have been riding my stationary bike more since the shut down. It helps with the stress so much, and it helps with the way I feel physically.
Yesterday and today I have pushed myself. Just felt I needed to do that. So, yesterday, I rode my stationary bike for 76 minutes, which at a 4 minute mile, is 19 miles.
Today, I decided to push even more. I did 80 minutes for 20 miles.
I feel so relaxed and well.
It is very hot here lately, the next 10 days are to be right around 90 degrees, but it doesn't bother me all that much. I feel so virtuous when I am sweating as I ride my bike. LOL
I am grateful for my front porch where I can ride and see outside, and get a nice breeze.
I am grateful for all of the comforts I have.
I have had many ups and downs during the last few months. I have mourned many things, but I will preserver. We have to.
I don't know what will happen, but I am going to try to do the best I can to keep myself in good spirits, and do the best I can to help those around me keep going as well.
