Weigh in july 3rd - week 9

Not happy...plus not feeling well. Gain of 4 this week!!! Ugh I have to stay focused...I am going to review my calorie counts and nutritional intake. I am exercising 3 times a week and need to step that up to 5 once feeling better. I have a doctor appt on monday...this is a tough weigh in...will be okay. But...dangit! May 1st - 285 CW 274!!! Not happy!!! HW 288 - 2.17.2020 at doc LW in past 25 years - 211 - 2015 First goal -50 (tattoo reward) Second goal -100 (zip line trip) Final goal -100+ (sky dive) Want to see Onederland! Ultimate GW 150 - I CAN!

    Aw, heck. Those ups and downs are so unpredictable. Hate 'em! But as long as you ignore them and just keep going with what you know works, eventually the pounds have to yield.
