Haven't done these in a while!

How did your week go? It's time to look at what's working and what's not. This is for YOU alone to gauge your progress and to create and modify your Intentions/Goals, accordingly.

On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being FANTABULOUS, how did you do in meeting your Intentions for the week? 9....What my intentions were and what happened varied a bit but I am trying to work in 2 rest days from exercise. I feel better on the days I work out though.

What emoticon best fits how you feel about your week? emoticon

What percentage of the time did you eat mindfully? 95%

What’s working? What were your successes? Drinking water, staying in calorie range, exercising and strength training 4 X's this past week was very good!

What's NOT working? What were your struggles? Is there something you need to change?
A bit less white rice and more salad and vegetables in this heat!

What percentage of the time did you STOP eating when satisfied? 100% Always, because if I do not my stomach and esophagus rebel against me. It's painful so I listen properly to my system when it tells me to stop eating.

Any FOODS 'trigger' overeating? (Start a 'trigger' food list) What are you going to do so this doesn't happen again? Only Pizza does this, so I eat salad when I have pizza so I don't eat half in one sitting.

Any EMOTIONS 'trigger' overeating? What are you going to do to change this negative emotion? No, when I am feeling low or down I don't eat much so I have the opposite problem.

Guesstimate Exercise Minutes? What exercises did you do? Did you try anything new? Have fun? I basically get in at least 1200 minutes a week for exercise. Did not try anything new this week and I always have fun with working out.

If you are working to increase your stamina and flexibility, did you improve over last week?
New exercise goal for this coming week? Yes to improving stamina and flexibility. Exercise goal is to walk 4-5 days for at least 30 minutes each time.

Scale or measured inches UP or DOWN? I only weigh on Wednesday. Increased weight by 1 pound which does not concern me at this point. 111 is great and fairly steady for me. I am trying to maintain in the area of 115-120 honestly. It will be easier in the fall and winter months.

Were you kind to yourself this week? What did you do for YOU? Took a nap when needed and slowed down a little bit. Listened to music and worked on Cardio videos and Yoga.

    Yes, I'm meeting goals of exercise and productivity (but have had a few dropped off desserts that have called my name). I'll give it a 9.

    I'm busy harvesting and putting up food from the garden and give myself an excellent mark for having healthy food all three meals.

    Except for today, I've powerwalked every day. Today I'll do some indoor exercises.

    Yes to increased stamina. Due to walking, but today I'm working on building muscles around my knees and attacking bra bulge!

    Note: Acid reflux may be tellling you that you overate (as you said) and that your intestines are so full there is no more room for things to move. I'm eating more fiber and cut up carrots, cucumbers and celery in my day to combat that.

    Scale --fluctuation means that loss has no meaning. But I have 10 to lose and remain committed!
