Spark Coach Exercise! Start a new STREAK!

I read that this morning and immediately knew what it was going to be! Strength Training! I will Strength Train at least 3 days a week. Well, day one is done! I did:
Wall Squat 90 seconds
Full on Plank 95 seconds
Countertop Pushups 2 sets of 10
Lunges 20 each side
Wall space is at a premium so I was surprised I actually found it! I will try (I know trying is dying) for Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Or some different configuration.
