Planning and tracking are so easy here! I hate to cook but love to eat! I find the accountability of checking off food so helpful. Trying not to cheat and adding everything I eat. 100+ pounds to go. My first food goal is to plan and track meals for the next two weeks. My first exercise goal is to get 7,000 steps 5 days this week.
I am looking forward to the new and improved me!
