Don't even start watching TV when I'm too tired to avoid munching
Making progress - before turning on TV, I'll get fresh water emoticon
Still tempted emoticon - turn off screens and read emoticon to emoticon
Don't stop tracking ~ Stay on top of my plan ~ Hold goals up high emoticon

I update the posts I wrote 3 years ago, it's fun to read them again!
A reminder of a time I had less worries. Also reminders of coping skills : breathe, drink water, eat right, track, journal, meditate and sleep.
Every day I say, "I can't watch anymore news" emoticon but I watch it anyways. The news is more dramatic and scarier than Netflix movies. Also uplifting news stories of people helping each other.
Visiting our Spark community is the happiest part of my day emoticon emoticon
