daily planner, track, read labels, study nutrition, inspiration on Spark teams
Don't even start watching TV when I'm too tired to avoid munching
Making progress - before turning on TV, I'll get fresh water
- turn off screens and read
Don't stop tracking ~ Stay on top of my plan ~ Hold goals up high

It will be harder to resist tomorrow if I give-in today.
Walk away from triggers - then say "Kudos"
I'm managing temptation
- I can't find answers in fridge - shut the door!
Upsetting news? - I can resolve problems faster without food interrupting my thought process

A reminder of a time I had less worries. Also reminders of coping skills : breathe, drink water, eat right, track, journal, meditate and sleep.
Every day I say, "I can't watch anymore news"
but I watch it anyways. The news is more dramatic and scarier than Netflix movies. Also uplifting news stories of people helping each other.
