Long Term Goal:
Reach goal weight (154) and healthy BMI
Short Term Goal:
Lose 12 lbs
Nutrition Plan
Optimal Ketogenic Lifestyle
Meal planning and tracking of food and macronutrients
No late night snacking
Fitness:
Cardio: 30 minutes minimum 5X weekly
Strength training 3X weekly
Stretch -daily
Mow and work in the yard - as needed
Wear Fitbit - daily
Journal:
Write it out -at least weekly
Get it out
Don't eat over it.
Self Assessment and tweak plan - monthly or sooner, if indicated
Rewards:
Workout clothes
Deep Tissue Massage
A fun gift or activity
