Had a good night sleep for a change
, so got up earlier than usual. Did my stretches & then went for a quick walk, as we're out all afternoon
Talk to Dietician & made appointment to figure out how to balance nutrients. I've counted carbs for years, and didn't realize that I was below my 1200 calorie per day, which is the minimum count + getting too much Vitamin A from my food.
IMHO - Great plan to track your nutrients and then adjust eating habits. Do you watch your nutrients on the Food Tracker?
