Time for a blog, it has been a long time since the last one

I am just doing the best I can with staying home most of the time. I did have a doctor appointment this week with my primary doctor and last week one with my allergist doctor. Most all of the other doctor I see have been either phone talks for an appointment, or face time on the phone with other doctors. Of course, they all charge, even though their office makes the call ( ha, ha, always money included with any transaction with medical stuff. The allergist had a tough time figuring out why my breathing test is always low when he always finds my lungs sounding so good. Then he mentioned that people who have that type of lower breathing into the machine are associated with chemical poisoning. Bingo, I then told him the entire story of my chemical poisoning back 19 years ago. I hadn't mentioned it as I had my reports sent from past allergist to this clinic---So now he knows what the persistent problem is even when all my meds and inhalers are used daily. My primary doctor was happy that my blood sugar and blood pressures were better than my last appointment back a few months ago. I had been given a different insulin and seems to be holding better for me, it must help the blood pressure too when the blood sugar is in more normal range, as those meds have stayed the same. She was thrilled that I told her I have continued using the stationery bike at least 20 minutes a day with some days even 30 minutes. She asked if I felt I could raise 5 more minutes a day, I told her no as I am doing this usually all at one time later in the evening after the heat of the day goes down. I added that when riding for 30 minutes, my legs are spent. I need to see her in five months ( unless needed to see before) and that I would have it up to 35 minutes by then. Once the temp stays down from the heated summer we have has( sometimes very warm like 85 first thing in the morning---no way will I ride the bike in that heat and mostly the high humidity.
We still have a high count of Covid 19 in the Rio Grande Valley, here in Texas still between mid 20 to 30 deaths a day , just in the county we live in and there are 3 other counties making up this region. So outings for me is going grocery shopping, when we need stock ups, otherwise dear hubby runs for in between bigger shopping days, going to doctors for those seeing patients, and rarely, but once in awhile I have hubby bring me to the material store in another city so I can keep myself busy during this trying times we live in. I know it could be worse, so many are living with the fire situations around the country, thank God we're not. We did have a category 1 hurricane here once this summer, our first time since living here, that was something, and then last week a tornado warning, which we lived through several times back in Mi. So some other activity we really could do without.
Wishing all my Spark friends a very lovely fall season that will be here shortly. Some how I think the Christmas stuff will be out in the stores soon too, sad the combine Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas out on the shelves all at the same time for many stores.
