30 Day Challenge

Today is my focus day back to getting on track. I'm starting this challenge today and so far it's been good.
Breakfast- green smoothie, boiled egg and orange juice
Snack- orange
3 bottles of water so far
Lunch will be another green smoothie and handful of almonds with a bottle of water
Dinner will be chickpeas, broccoli and grilled chicken
Affirmation for today: Nothing comes easy without working for it๐
I Can Do This!!!! Almost forgot - 30 minute walking at home exercise with Leslie Sansone and 5 minute strength workout upper body ( some pain but I pushed through)
