I do not feel well and I do not have the time...

Both of those statements are one's that I have made on many occasions about not doing my exercise workout. The truth is I have pain every day and very seldom feel 100% and now that I am helping my daughter plan her wedding with lots of it being crafts, I often find my days very busy.

However, exercise does not have to be put on the back burner per say. We do not have to set aside a full hour of our day for a workout. We can do it in the kitchen. I have started exercising while I cook for one. I do my lunges, arm curls using cans from the pantry, kitchen sink push ups and other stretches all while cooking dinner.

When we stop working on wedding preparations to stretch a little I do some seated Qi Gong exercises as I really cannot stand for long periods of time without my walker.

Other options would be to make exercise out of your housework by dancing! Crank the music and dance!



You can dance while you dust, sweep, vacuum or clean windows.

It is time to be the best we can be.
It is time to stand up and be counted
(or in my case sit up and be counted)
We can do this!
I can do this!
It is time to take back our health
No more excuses!
We can do this!
I can do this!
It is time to Shine!
