Now we are in a bit of an ebb of appointments.
Scan results are in.... and everything is looking good and he is responding well to treatment. Woo Hoo! In about two weeks Hubby gets the kyphoplasty, then the radiation. As for me, stress has shown up in my back. So I have been doing airplane yoga to work out the kinks, here is a sample:

I may seem calm cool and collected, but apparently the stress is internalized. It is so easy for me to slip into the caretaker role, however slipping into caring for myself is challenging.
Dang pandemic... I could really use a massage.

    Great news on the scans, that hubby is responding. If you don’t feel like a heap of stress, then chica, your winning. Sitting on uncomfortable chairs, for longer durations, you name it...certainly isn’t helping your back any. Yoga is a great idea, always. I do some every day. Keep doing your meditative breathing, see you in this/self care, just know you’re killing it. Namaste, sweet chica...be well.

    Glad to hear the good scan results

    I've also returned to yoga for relaxation. There's a spark video "finally a yoga routine for bad wrists"
    My wrists are OK, but it's the kind of gentle routine I need.

    time for a short joke good thing you are doing the airplane stretches at home no way would i put my bare feet on the floor of a plane or my body in one, stress is a monster keep working at breathing and letting go . Hugs

    So glad that you things are chugging along for DH. And hope YOU feel better. I know stress shows up as sore neck and back for me.
