September review and October goals

My first goal for September was to exercise at least ten minutes every day. I exercised 26 out of 30 days. I will keep this same goal for October.



My second goal was to get at least one thousand fitness minutes for the month. I didn’t meet this goal, but I got over 900 minutes. I will keep this same goal for October.



My third goal for September was to do strength training at least three times a week. I did meet this goal. I will keep this same goal for October, too.



I’m adding two new goals for October. One is to do yoga at least three times a week.



My last goal is to do this push-up challenge. I’m not strong enough to do it with regular push-ups, so I will do inclined push-ups on the stairs.



Those are my five goals for October.
