Exercise Day 37

The high today is 102 degrees, and I had planned on working out this morning. But someone came over, then I FINALLY after 2 years of owning my Notebook logged on to One Drive and joined that--I had a lengthy time trying to figure out why I didn't have a One Drive icon to add to my task bar etc. and then it was going on noon and i decided to eat lunch and ask questions later! So I exercised in my living room from 2-3 pm. I had a little knee pain before but don't notice it as much as the pain in my hip joint! On my posterior side, if you get my drift. I really am falling apart. Can't wait for my November appointment.

SO I did everything on YouTube today, and NO squats or reverse lunges even:

Express 1 Mile Walking Work Out/Leslie Sansone's Walk At Home (using my own 2-3 lb stretchy band)
Walk 500 Steps Now!/Walk At Home Fitness Videos

And I added a new one to my list:
Fitness Type 20 Minute Low Impact Workout with Dumbbells
I was only able to do half of it and I used 3 lb weights.
