EXERCISE PLAN & Vegan meals 10/7-10/13

Same format as last week, fill in each day at the end of the day~

10/7 Wed- Exercise 150 minutes with Core and Abs ST, Nutrition-64 oz water, Fruit-ate fruit salad with lunch and an apple w/breakfast; stir-fry for dinner with mixed Vegetables, Got in 7 hours of sleep! Now resting for the night. Tomorrow is Thursday so when I am off at 530pm I am done until Monday!
P.S. Tried to watch Vice-Presidential debate but I can't stand watching it, just own your lies people, I'd respect you more if you owned your mess!

10/8 Thurs-160 min exercise, dinner tofu stir fry w/ black beans; 64 oz water, 4 veg, 3 fruit, Sleepy, might have a little nap!

10/9 Fri-240 min exercise day, going hiking soon. Picking up glasses first. Did 60 min exercise already. Breakfast and some quick cleaning in spaces. Dinner is pizza and salad it seems.

10/10 Sat-2.5 hrs exercise; 2 slices pizza and salad for dinner. Breakfast & lunch good! Kicking back tonight. Music and reading tonight. Maybe a little nap also. Family at a party, not going as I am not trying to be in a casino w/Virus running about!

10/11 Sun-Exercise was at 240 minutes, Food-64oz water, 2 meals and 2 snacks; napped in the early evening. Lakers won Championship! Hosted family for lunch again and said Au Revoir since everyone was going home! Sister left to go to Oregon now. Hopefully this stop works out better than Oklahoma and Montana LoL. Working 5 days this week Monday-Friday and then Monday-Wednesday the next week!

10/12 Mon-Exercise 120 min; water-50oz so far, breakfast & lunch Vegan! Salad & Lasagna for dinner! 1 hour left of exercise to go. I may take a rest day tomorrow as it's time likely! Football tonight and go Saints! Just barely won,really now!

10/13 Tue-Exercise 120 minutes (50 min completed this morning so far) Will take a 20 min walk at lunch, dinner is a chicken stir-fry, having a tofu salad for lunch and maybe a sandwich, making gumbo for Friday! A football game tonight, might look in on it. Was a little tired Sunday & Monday but alright now!
