Week 1 of The Fall 2020 5% is in the Books

Wow! I have been consistent for 7 whole days, and I honestly couldn't feel happier. It is amazing what some consistency under your belt can do to boost your confidence!
My Week's Data:
Calories eaten: 9,288
Calories burned: 9,231
Weight lost: -3.0 lbs
Steps taken: 76,023
Water drank: 70 plus cups
Healthy Snacks eaten: I ate at least one healthy snack each day this week. I ate ZERO unhealthy snacks.
The accountability of the WIN the Day thread on my team is so amazing for me. I lay out my goals each morning, and I meet or beat each one. It really simplifies everything. (Thank you Lynn).
The accountability of "getting those minutes in" to move our plane (WE LANDED IN FIRST THIS WEEK)... really pushes me over the weekend to get my max minutes of 120.
The love and caring from my Care Bears helps me when I feel down or depressed. I love having a support squad.
I am now 11 pounds from my 5% goal.
On to winning the next 7 days!
