Baby steps vs. nothing at all

Another challenging week, Sparks
We've had two back-to-back losses in the family; all hands on deck @ work (meaning 10-12 hour shifts glued to my seat often holding my pee); have been babysitting my one-year-old grandson since Monday;
Starting a daily 90-minute training program (developing new skillsets), and beginning another job (10 hrs/wk). Not surprisingly, something had to give.
I could have easily used all that as an excuse to do nothing.
I didn't cook or meet my step count every day and had a couple of LNS slips this week, but who cares?!
I found time here and there to do what I could and all those baby steps added up to a lovely 1.5 loss.
Even if it hadn't, I did the best I could this week!
Progress not perfection, sparks.
Just keep moving.
