EXERCISE PLAN & Vegan meals 10/21-10/27

Wed 10/21-Exercise 50 min morning/noon-jazzercise & yoga, Breakfast & Coffee done! 24 ounces water. Lunch chicken salad, dinner in the instapot soup! weather-sunny & around 90F. Temps dropping to the 60's by Monday! Exercise an hour with the trainer later!

Thurs 10/22-Exercise 60 min, water 30 ounces, Breakfast oatmeal, apples, walnuts, peaches and coffee! Lunch tofu bowl w/ brown rice, veg etc. Off work at 3pm then vacation time! Getting to be TOM time-sigh. Not watching last debate tonight, pointless and I have already voted~

Fri 10/23--Exercise 150 min, Breakfast, Coffee, Lunch, Snack accomplished by 315pm, Its sunny but much cooler! Dinner is a stew! A bit tired today but its alright!

Sat 10/24-Treadmill-45min, Sleep-7 hours, Water-30oz, Breakfast & Coffee-done! Hike & Training later!

Sun 10/25-Slept about 4 hours very bad! Exercise & water within normal parameters!

Mon 10/26-Got back on track with sleeping, 120 min exercise, breakfast eaten. Water about 40 ounces so far, will have lunch at 3 and dinner round 8!

Tues 10/27-60 min exercise, breakfast eaten, water about 30 ounces so far. Lunch around 3, dinner around 7. Sleep-7 hours.3 Advil taken!
