Day 3 of Intermittent fasting

I lost another pound. So far,... this is working for me. 3 pounds in 3 days.

I eat only within an 8 hour range, then I break for 16.

This morning I had 3 crepes with strawberries and peanut for breakfast. Man, it was good.
I was hungry. I waited until 9:30 am to eat it.

I will take a wrap with lettuce and chicken and italian dressing on my way to teach at kid's homes today. It is my teaching day today. Love that. I love seeing the kids. They are so relaxed and pay attention really well.

Gotta practice now . Big concert this weekend for me.
