We had dense fog earlier today but by the time I got out of the detmatologist’s office, it was completely sunny. I went to this specialist’s clinic because I needed a mole checkup. She is new to me, very efficient, and skilled. A patch of what I thought was excema, was sun damage... just above my upper lip. It’s gone now ! And about 10 other spots she zapped, just in case. My brother died in January ... of melanoma. Doubt he used sunscreen , ever. I do, and carry a small stick of a french product ...always. Nose, ears, hands... it is a habit. And protective sunglasses. It does not matter if we live in the “ Great White North” , even if we emblazon the ‘We The North ‘ on our tee shirts... even if it’s snowing.., wear sunsceen... every single day . Yes, we need that Vitamin D , but we do not need sun damage.
