Maybe a wet cold day but trying to stay positive in fight in getting back on track here again. Join two different challenges or teams one is bust the sugar binging and other is in doing almost ten minutes of exercise for a short period of time, a week. Exercise is bit easy to try but help me the sweet snacks is tough but got to do it. Diagnosed with the diabetes over twenty years ago and still a rough thing to get a handle on. Will update as I go along.

It will be hard, husband loves cookies and any thing sweet. He almost got slapped good when I told him I am limited on them, starting laughing, umm sleep on couch lol but asked if it meant no apple fritter. Oh I said it was fine but not the extra donut with chocolate. Got to take control.

When I was in Weight Watchers a long time a go, there was a lecture on sweets and an alternative was to eat dill pickles and that would trick your brain into thinking you were eating sweets without eating them... never understood the logic in this as my brain knows the difference between dill pickles (that I love) and chocolate or caramel (which I both love).

Now I eat carrots or celery or fresh fruit as a snack instead of candy ... frozen grapes are delicious and are my go to snack in the summer.
