Maybe a wet cold day but trying to stay positive in fight in getting back on track here again. Join two different challenges or teams one is bust the sugar binging and other is in doing almost ten minutes of exercise for a short period of time, a week. Exercise is bit easy to try but help me the sweet snacks is tough but got to do it. Diagnosed with the diabetes over twenty years ago and still a rough thing to get a handle on. Will update as I go along.
