What did you do for the start of the week ?
I took a brisk 45 minute walk outside . It was only 40 degrees but with two
sweatshirts and warm sweatpants it was doable .
We all need to walk and move as much as possible it takes our
mind away from the craziness of the world,
Keeping this ultra short today as i have been missing my dog
Miss Mischa had her over 16 years always at my side, Somedays
are harder than others.
So keep moving and taking care of you . Do the best you can . Keep
