I just came off our Treadmill-- 10 minutes---
I will walk Tess, the older German, (as in dog) shortly--- but I feel awake now--
AND-----no sciatica ---Tht brief bit of walking on the Dreadmill seems to put the ol' body parts back into place-
You know, many moons ago, I used to teach fitness classes, both on land and in the pool,--To keep myself in shape, I always did a 30 minute workout--either running or walking outside- or on a machine--
For several years after , before Spark, I never exercised and I packed on the pounds--
I can get my 30 minutes in daily now, but in shorter segments--
It's better than nothing at all, which seems to happen when life get busy-
Yesterday I had to return our vehicle to the dealer who put the snow tires on.
This was because the steering wheel was shaking when I was coming up T.V. Hill and had my foot on the gas.
They took all 4 wheels off, cleaned the rims and rebalanced the tires and driving back home, all was well!
Himself told me that I had maybe knocked the tires out of line , driving thru pot holes or hitting the curb--Lord love a duck! As if I would ever do that! -----I pretended NOT to hear him of course!
Why did I never take a course in "Auto Repair " in high school--perhaps instead of Latin, or Home Ec?--- It would've been so useful!!
There is a brand new day out there---and a ton of 10 minute segments , and Sadie will be here soon, and Tess is chomping at the bit to get out again--
We are so fortunate to be a part of to-day!
