Not sure anymore.

Totally not sure if I will stay at Sparks now so confusing to track and can't get nothing even a food program workout. I'm not getting any help on figuring out how or where. Before it's easy to do and track weight, getting handle on the lost every week.

    As someone newly returned after 3 years MIA, I hope you will stay. I was doing fine on my own until Covid hit. Then after 6 months I realized where the weight trend was headed and I did NOT want to go back there.

    In the beginning way back in 2009 I found it hard to track and then someone pointed out the favorites and recent tabs on the nutrition tracker. Then it became a quick click, click, click every morning as I planned my food for the day. I've learned to like playing the "what if I eat this and not that" game

    I edit in the evening to reflect how well I stuck to the plan.

    Feel free to ask me any questions on my page or in Spark mail. I am a perfect example of how you can not out-run (or out-exercise) your fork. My DD gave me a food scale for Christmas 2008 (tough love there) and it was a reality check. Using that and the nutrition tracker turned out to be a lot easier than dragging the extra weight around.
