Keep doing the healthy stuff even when you don't want to.!!!
Especially when you don't want to . !!!
It will do you good,

Today I bundled up and walked 40 minutes in the 45 degree

I ate a healthy salad with greens apples blueberries and
raspberries and blackberries. pistachio nuts, and some
chicken ,

Dinner was baked chicken and baked veggies , Potatoes
onions peppers brocolli brussell sprouts, and carrots .
