Update on Weight Loss and Life

The above is my TOPS checkbook. I have lost nearly 15 lbs. since mid-March when we stopped meetings and 4.25 lbs. in October. I was Member of the Month this month because I lost or maintained each week. I won $10! So things are going excellent on that front. I am still doing the No S Diet faithfully along with the USDA My Plate. Nothing too special but that seems to work for me. I am trying to walk every day but it usually works out to 6 x per week. I'll take that! I'm trying to get in rebounding or videos when I can as well.

What else? I broke up with my boyfriend of 5 years two weeks ago. It was time. It was going nowhere and he's got problems that I can't solve. He needs time to be on his own to fix himself. I would like to get back out there and start dating, but COVID. Everything's closed here again, so I guess I'll just have to wait awhile.

My World Religions class is going well. We are starting to wind down for the semester. We are officially done with the Eastern religions after tomorrow and on to the Western religions. It sure has been interesting!

Work is going well. There is stuff going on behind the scenes, though. Both the tax team and the accounting team want me and we shall see where I end up in January. I like both and hope to do work for both.

Today I'm Grateful For...
1) My co-worker Abby. She's been great in helping me sort out a corporation I was having trouble with.
2) That the wind died down today. We have terrible fires here and the wind was making them worse.
3) That I can work from home. Not sure if I'm make it to work tomorrow as there are fires in my path.
